In 2025, the National Asian Culture Center (ACC) and the ACT Festival celebrate their 10th anniversary together. Over the past decade, ACT Festival has stood at the intersection of art and technology, presenting pressing global issues through the language of art. This year, we propose a new concept—Neuroverse—a synthesis of 'neural networks' and the 'universe.'
