Guise. During the nineteenth century, the industrialist André Godin built the Familistère there. With this dreamed and erected city, he traces for more than 120 years the path of a “concrete utopia”, which implements astonishing social innovations. Going back in time to the origins of the project, Godin leads you to discover the equivalents of wealth, that you will have to provide to the inhabitants to build with them “the Palace”.
