Heleen Rouw

Heleen Rouw is Programme Director of CIIIC (Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition) and a strategic leader with a broad background across the creative industries — spanning film, entertainment, cultural institutions and digital innovation. She previously served as Director of international children film-, and mediafestival Cinekid and was a member of the management team at Amsterdam Royal Zoo, where she focused on strategy, audience engagement and financing schemes. Drawing on her experience in both the film industry and innovation-driven environments, she connects storytelling, technology and long-term strategic growth within the creative sector. At CIIIC she connects creators, researchers and public & private organisations to collaborate and create societal impact with IX in healthcare, urban development, culture and education.
