Synopsis
In the midst of a 19th century shaped by the Industrial Revolution and still dominated by belief and creationism, Charles Darwin leaves his native England aboard the Beagle for a journey around the world that will change the course of science.
Travelling through Brazil, Patagonia, the Galápagos and Cocos Island, the young naturalist observes extraordinary landscapes, plants and animals, gathering the evidence that will lead to the formulation of the theory of evolution.
