Twelve blind people, six women and six men, are waiting in a very old forest, with an eternal appearance under a deeply starry sky, for the return of their guide, a priest. They try to situate themselves in space and time. By their words, they furnish the silence and their waiting. They discover each other and realize that they have always been strangers to each other. The crisis breaks out, announced by the deaf calls of nature, when they discover the dead priest in their midst.
