For many of us, looking in a mirror is already an act of comparison: with a younger self, an imagined self, or the person we think we ought to be. Hello You explores how memories, expectations and judgements become entangled with what we see. Through light, sound and illusion, a familiar daily encounter becomes strange. How do you recognise yourself? What makes a body feel like yours? And what happens when the image you know begins to slip?
