Gaby Sittova

Czech film director and award-winning Creative Director at YORD (a next-generation creative tech studio focused on XR and AI), working at the intersection of storytelling, immersive technology and emerging media.

At YORD, she leads creative direction for international immersive projects. As part of the YORD team, she served as Creative Director on Cooper’s Clean Air Quest, winner of Best Societal Impact at the 2026 AWE Auggie Awards and an XR Awards 2025 finalist in Education & Training. Her work also includes Realm of Sounds, an award-recognised location-based AR experience bringing the world and music of Antonín Dvořák into an interactive journey.

Alongside XR, Gaby directed and produced her feature-film debut, The First Star (První hvězda), releasing in Czech cinemas in 2026. She also leads creative workshops focused on expanding creativity, challenging established ways of thinking and pushing creators beyond their usual creative boundaries.

Across her work, she explores how emerging technology can expand what and how we create while keeping human creativity and emotion at the core.
