With EVEREST: THE FIRST ASCENT, presented in competition at Venice Immersive 2026, Small Creative returns to familiar territory: a major historical story, instantly recognizable imagery, and a VR experience designed for international distribution. But following TITANIC, ECHOES FROM THE PAST and COLOSSEUM: THE LEGENDARY ARENA, both directed by Benjamin Auriche and Jean Dellac, the project also reflects an evolution in the studio’s approach to storytelling.
